Recently, my college organized a tech fest in which I participated in an event called "Developer's Mind." The objective of the event was to develop a centralized college club website. I took the lead in a team of two, and I was responsible for approximately 70% of the project's development..... Although we didn't win the competition, we gained a lot of valuable experience and learned a great deal. As a team of freshmen, we received appreciation from the judges and received some valuable advice for our future endeavors.
In the month of May, our college organized an institute-level hackathon called "Innovate-a-thon." I was a part of a team called Code Smashers, and we chose to work on the problem of creating an automatic certificate generator..... In this project, I specifically worked as a member of the frontend development team and also My responsibility was to handle the feature that involved sending e-certificates directly to participants' emails through Google Sheets integration and handling database. proposed ppt:
In the month of April, as freshmen, my team "Code Crafters" participated in a national-level hackathon called Kavach, organized by DRDO. In the first round, we worked on a problem statement related to a women's safety app. Despite competing against seniors, unfortunately, we were .... disqualified and didn't make it to the top ten. However, a few days later, we received news that two of the top ten teams had to withdraw due to technical errors. Encouraged by this opportunity, our team decided to make another attempt to learn and grow. This time, we proposed an idea for an advanced fake news detection system. We put in a lot of hard work and patience into refining our concept, although building a prototype depended on final selection at the national-level competition. Our efforts paid off when we made it to the top ten teams of our college hackathon. It was a significant achievement for us, and it provided us with motivation to continue honing our skills and participating in more such competitions in the future. proposed ppt:
